Refund and Returns Policy

At OmnivastOnline, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Plants must be returned in healthy, undamaged condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are accepted only if the plant arrives damaged or unhealthy. Contact us immediately upon delivery with photos for review.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at support@omnivastonline.com with clear photos and your order number. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Opened or used plant care products
